How did your career begin?
Aarti, a design student, had a strong sense of this in her heart and decided to take action to change it. She then decided to bring back the history of Kashmiri embroidery styles. And thus, in 2017, Luxuries of Kashmir was born.

Luxuries of Kashmir is the brainchild of Aarti Chowdhary. With the rise of mainstream fashion over the years, the designer noticed how traditional embroideries were being forgotten. As a result, the brand focuses on introducing the world to Kashmir's age-old crafts so that everyone can savour the sartorial treasures of India's paradise.
