Monika Soni has an experience of over 23 years as a corporate professional in the field of financial services. She had a penchant for jewellery and fashion since childhood and creating little baubles and trinkets became her hobby. She loved splurging on jewellery pieces. Her husband too works in fashion with high-fashion brands like Adidas, Raymonds, Arrow, Arvind Clothing and more. She has two sons-one pursuing studies and one engineering. When Monika quit her job, her family supported her to transform her flair for jewellery designing into a sizable business enterprise.

The beginning…
Designing jewellery became her hobby during childhood. She would create trinkets and baubles from beads and stones. In 2018, due to personal exigencies, I was pulled into my brand Minaki, full time and she created a collection of beads for work wear. The brand was well appreciated by modern women. The designer later realised that there is a big vacuum in the wedding space for high quality fashion jewellery. She entered the market with meticulously crafted jewellery pieces and sets that offered the immaculate look of real jewellery.

Minaki was launched in 2018 with the objective of creating a jewellery close to real. Arriving in life yet ambitious, confident, a connoisseur of quality, elegant and understated defines the personality of MINAKI. Minaki is a complete wardrobe brand for the discerning, upwardly mobile women, who have the need and the desire to “dress up” on various occasions, from work to boardroom to informal get together to a formal party or special moments of festive and wedding.
