A Design graduate from SNDT University and London College Of Fashion, Anushree Brahmbhatt started her brand in 2015 following her passion for design and personal interest for Indian textiles. The Brand believes in combining Designer Clothing with Indian aesthetic. Covering artisans across India to promote their craft, the brand is now known for its exclusive prints and weaves. Label: Anushree' garnered elite clientele in a short span of time for its contemporary Indian Ethnic Wear and easy separates with 'print on print' details and hand weaves and has been one of the best selling designers at Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop.

Having grown up around a multitude of Indian textiles and influenced by her mom’s taste and minimalism, Anushree Brahmbhatt started the journey of her label with the aim to create festive wear. Sincerity and originality led to the creation of her first piece. She recalls her first design being a statement Maxi Dress with hand woven ikkat and her standard block print. A single design led to the creation of others and this led to the creation of Label Anushree.

Her upcoming collection includes a ton of layering, print mixing and several striking colours. Inspired by the tribes of India and their culture and art, has allowed Anushree to bring a certain authenticity to her collection. For her, the 2018 colour is mustard. A personal favourite from the new collection is a Midi Dress with an original abstract print and bohemian embroidery. It’s fun, its festive and can be worn as Dresses or with Pants For Women.
