Krishna Mehta is one of the few designers who had managed to establish her brand when the fashion industry in India was yet in its nascent stage. After completing her designing masters, she joined her family business of Textile in 1982. Gained all the knowledge professionally and within nine years launched her label through Krishna Mehta Menswear in 1988, adding Womenswear in 1991. Her designs are rich in Indian culture and traditions with muted tones and pure fabrics. Her collection includes western and traditional outfits for both Men and Women like T-shirts, Pants, Tunics, Anarkali, Lehenga, Kurtas For Women etc.
