STORE POLICIES

Return and Exchange policies:

1. Any merchandise sold off the rack (no alterations), can be exchanged (not returned) within 5 working days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Damaged or soiled products will not be exchanged.

2. In case of an off the rack sale which includes alterations, the product can be exchanged (not returned) within 24 hours of purchase.

3. All custom made orders are non-returnable & non-refundable.

Order fulfillment and Delays:

1. Custom orders are subject to delays due to various operational reasons.

2. Delays happen due to the following reasons:-

- Production delay at the end of the designer.

- The final product does not fit the custom requirements and hence has to be redone by the designer.

- Internal operational and logistic delays

3. We at Pernia's pop-up studio strive to deliver the custom orders in the stipulated time frame and keep you duly informed in case of any delay whatsoever. However, delays are bound to happen and we take full responsibility for the order if the delay exceeds 7 days.

4. In case of a delay, the following things can be done:-

- Exchange the product for some other product of similar value.

- Provide alternatives.

- Refund the paid amount in the form of store credit.

- Refund the paid amount to the original mode of payment.

Shipping and Delivery:

- For any international product shipment of gross value less than `15,000, a shipping fee of `2,420 will be charged.

- Custom duty to be borne by the customer (in case of international shipment) if any.

- No charges applicable for domestic shipments.

- No charges apply for any shipment (domestic or international) in case of delays. Only custom duty to be borne by the customer.

Refunds:

- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days once the customer provides the appropriate bank account details.

- Refunds can only be processed in the original mode of payment.

- For cash refunds, the customer needs to visit the store to collect the stipulated amount.

Measurements and Alterations:

- The store staff will assist you in measuring the body dimension for any alteration/custom tailor requirements. The product will be altered/produced accordingly.

- Any fitting issues arising out of erroneous alteration/production will be rectified by the store.

- However, if the product altered/produced is as per the measurement provided, the store does not take responsibility for any subsequent fitting issues.

Cancellation:

We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order
